These Terms & Conditions apply to the CardMate mobile application ("Application"), developed by Webspeaky ("Service Provider") and provided as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
Use of the Application
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code
- Create derivative versions of the Application
- Use the Service Provider's trademarks or intellectual property without permission
All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Modifications and Fees
The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce charges for certain features or services at any time. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before being applied.
Data and Privacy
The Application processes limited technical and usage-related data automatically in order to provide and improve the service. Details about data collection and usage are described in the Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed alongside these Terms.
Device Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that are governed by their own Terms & Conditions, including:
- Google Play Services
- Expo
- Sentry
- RevenueCat
The Service Provider is not responsible for the terms or practices of these third-party services.
Internet and Data Usage
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by lack of connectivity or exhausted data plans.
Any data charges, roaming fees, or other costs incurred while using the Application are your responsibility. If you are not the bill payer, you confirm that you have permission to use the device.
Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date, they rely on third-party information and services. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application or inability to access the service.
Updates and Termination
The Application may be updated from time to time. You agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may discontinue or terminate the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will end, and you must stop using and delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
